1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FocusTool on one (1) device. The license is perpetual for the current major version of the software.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the software; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the software; (c) share your license key with others; (d) use the software for any unlawful purpose.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available after a license key has been delivered. Please review all product information and system requirements before purchasing.

4. Updates

Your license includes all minor updates and bug fixes for the current major version. Future major versions may require a paid upgrade.

5. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. YourLD shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

Data Collection

We collect the following information when you make a purchase: name, email address, billing address, and VAT number (if provided). This information is necessary to process your order and deliver your license.

Data Usage

Your data is used solely for: (a) processing your order; (b) delivering your license key; (c) providing customer support; (d) sending important product updates.

Data Retention

We retain your order information for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Third Parties

We use the following third-party services:

• Mollie - Payment processing (your payment details are handled directly by Mollie)
• WeFact - Invoice generation and administration
• Google Analytics - Website analytics to improve our services

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
